My Day

Ik ben van morgen vroeg uit bed op gestaan.
Hoofd nog duf. Wassen en aankleden.
Brood klaarmaken, twee met kaas en twee met Rinse Appel - Crenberry stroop.
En twee met Hazelnoot pasta.
Gordijn open.
Werkschoenen aantrekken.
Dan op de fiets stappen.
en fietsen naar het werk.
Een kwartier fietsen.
Vandaag ben ik vijf minuten voor tijd binnen op het werk.
de collega's zijn al aanwezig.
Ik mis de chef nog, maar die komt wel.
Hij was een beetje in de lappen mand.
Aan de koffie. Twee vandaag.
Tien minuten later aan het werk.
Ik was met die mappen hangers bezig.
De spetters van het lassen weg slijpen.
Daarna heb ik ze schoon geboend van het vet.
De hele morgen er mee zoet gebracht.
Toen ze klaar gelegt op een railtje.
Pauze houden.
Soepje kopen met muntjes, Championssoep, heerlijk vind ik.
De anderen spuwen het.
Dan de appel eten.
Onder tussen luisteren naar de collega's, het gaat over een ver verleden
rot klus, zwaar werk, in en om een grote stoomketel met pulp.
Heel glad, hij kon nauwelijks lassen, zo drop het van de pulp.
De veiligheidklep manipuleren met een grote bout, om de druk er op te houden.
Daarna weer aan het werk. Ik zou de hangers in de lak spuiten.
Dat heb ik netjes gedaan, vind ik zelf. De voorman vroeg mij of ik tevreden was.
Ja. Maar is het niet belangrijk of hij het goed vind.
Ik hoor nooit wat.
Gisteren heb ik de hangers tweekeer gelast, omdat de lengte en de constructie niet
goed waren.
Daarna vis halen voor de collega's. Doen we meestal op vrijdag middag.
Dan naar huis.
